Bookings and availability

The apartment is available for weekly lets between 5 June and 18 September 2010. Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday and rates start at £800 per week. Longer periods may be booked by arrangement. There are only a few weeks still available this year. Please enquire.

Returning visitors are offered a 5 per cent discount.

Self Catering in St Andrews - Terms & Conditions

• The property is to be used for holiday purposes only.

• The minimum letting period is for 1 week with arrival not before 4pm and departure by 10am.

• Other periods may be booked by arrangement.

• A deposit of £150 is required to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit shall not be refunded.

• The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. In the event that the balance is not paid in that time, the deposit shall not be refunded

• In the event of cancellation after the balance of the payment has been made, a refund will be given (less the deposit) provided that the property is successfully re-let for the same period.

• The rental payment includes the rental of the property, use of gas and electricity, broadband internet connection, end of stay cleaning, bed linen and guests towels.

• The property is let on the basis of a maximum of 6 people sharing.

• There is one parking space in front of the property available for use only during the period of the let.

• There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the property.

• There are no pets permitted anywhere in the property.

• Non-compliance with these conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of the let mid-term without compensation.

• Guests will be liable for any damage or breakages.
A damage deposit of £100 will be collected on arrival and returned (less any deductions) on departure.
