Bookings and availability
The apartment is available for booking from Monday, 9 June 2008 through to Saturday, 20 September 2008 for £150 per night. The minimum booking period is 3 nights. Weekly bookings are available starting on Mondays at a rate of £850.

Self Catering in St Andrews - Terms & Conditions

• The property is to be used for holiday purposes only.


• The weekly letting period runs from Monday 4pm to the following Monday 10am. These times may be negotiable.


• The minimum letting period is for 4 days/3 nights with arrival not before 4pm and departure by 10am.


• A deposit of £150 is required to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit shall not be refunded.


• The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. In the event that the balance is not paid in that time, the deposit shall not be refunded


• In the event of cancellation after the balance of the payment has been made, a refund will be given (less the deposit) provided that the property is successfully re-let for the same period.


• The rental payment includes the rental of the property, use of gas and electricity, broadband internet connection, end of stay cleaning, bed linen and guests towels.


• The property is let on the basis of a maximum of 4 people sharing.


• There is one parking space in front of the property available for use only during the period of the let.


• There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the property.


• There are no pets permitted anywhere in the property.


• Non-compliance with these conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of the let mid-term without compensation.


• Guests will be liable for any damage or breakages.
